Hi I want to visit you with my 73 years old Sister. Is it easy to walk at your place?

Hi Johanne. There is a bit of a walk from the accessible parking area to the Christmas shop but the building itself is one level and fully accessible.

Hi there – if we come on a Friday evening to pick out and cut a tree, are the areas away from the building lit?

Hi. The parking lot and main area around the building are lit. The tree cutting fields are not so we recommend that you bring flashlights along with you!

Hi there, I was wondering if there is a fee to take pictures with Santa or if we can take our own pictures?

Hi Christine. We do not have a professional photographer here with Santa so you are welcome to take your own photos!

Do you wrap the cut trees to be taken home? We would be coming from Chelsea and don’t want to lose all the needles in the transport home on top of our car roof.

Hi Sue
Yes, we can wrap your tree with twine which makes it more compact and less likely to lose needles on the drive home. It costs $4 to have your tree wrapped.

G’day, I was wondering if we go cut our own Christmas tree. Does it come with a tree stand?
Thanks,

Thank you
